Island Games 1991
Die Island Games 1991 waren die vierte Auflage der Spiele. Sie fanden vom 23. bis zum 29. Juni 1991 auf Åland statt. Es nahmen rund 1500 Athleten teil.

Prince Edward Island und Saaremaa nahmen zum ersten Mal teil. Im Vergleich zur letzten Ausgabe trat Hitra nicht an, dafür kehrte Sark nach 1987 wieder zurück.
