Prairie Township is one of twenty-one townships in LaPorte County, Indiana. As of the 2020 census, its population was 202 (down from 209 at 2010^[4]) and it contained 86 housing units.

Prairie Township was established in 1903.^[5]

Geography

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 24 square miles (62 km²), all land.^[4]
