Triumph or Agony on Rhapsody of Firen seitsemäs studioalbumi, joka julkaistiin 25. syyskuuta 2006.^[1] Albumin kuudes kappale ”Il Canto del Vento” on toistaiseksi yhtyeen ainut kappale, jonka säveltämiseen Luca Turilli ja Alex Staropoli eivät ole osallistuneet, vaan kappaleen on kirjoittanut laulaja Fabio Lione. Albumi on yhtyeen ensimmäinen, joka on julkaistu yhtyeen uudella nimellä Rhapsody Of Fire, koska ausralialainen tyttöduo Rhapsody ei hyväksynyt kahta samannimistä yhtyettä.

Kaikki kappaleet säveltänyt Luca Turilli ja Alex Staropoli sekä sanoittanut Turilli, ellei toisin mainittu.
