Antonio de Montesinos atau Antonio Montesino (s. 1475 - 27 Juni 1540) adalah seorang frater Dominikan Spanyol yang menjadi misionaris di pulau Hispaniola (sekarang Republik Dominika dan Haiti). Dengan membekingi Frater Pedro de Córdoba dan komunitas Dominikan di Santo Domingo, Montesinos adalah orang Eropa pertama yang secara terbuka mengecam perbudakan dan perlakuan tak semestinya terhadap orang asli pulau tersebut.
