Mary Lou Williams (nama lahir: Mary Elfrieda Scruggs; 8 Mei 1910 – 28 Mei 1981)[1] merupakan seorang pemain piano dan penggubah muzik jaz dari Amerika Syarikat. Beliau telah mengkarya beratus-ratus gubahan lagu dan merakam lebih dari seratus rakaman (dalam versi 78, 45, dan LP); [2] beliau melibatkan diri dengan artis-artis terkenal sezamannya seperti Duke Ellington dan Benny Goodman, serta menjadi guru kepada Thelonious Monk, Charlie Parker, Miles Davis, Tadd Dameron, Bud Powell, dan Dizzy Gillespie.
