Persaudaraan Republikan Ireland (bahasa Inggeris: Irish Republican Brotherhoodcode: en is deprecated , IRB; Ireland: Bráithreachas Phoblacht na hÉireanncode: ga is deprecated ) merupakan suatu pertubuhan rahsia yang dikhusukan kepada tujuan sebuah "republik demokratik yang merdeka" di Ireland antara tahun 1858 dan 1924.[1]:15
