Carroll Baker (28. maj 1931 -) je američka glumica, koja je uživala status seks simbola kasnih 1950-ih i ranih 1960-ih. Slavu joj je donijela uloga seksepilne adolescentice u filmu Baby Doll 1956. za koju je nominirana za Oscar. Sukobi sa hollywoodskim studijima i razvod su je kasnih 1960-ih odveli u Evropu, gdje je uglavnom nastupala u italijanskim giallo trilerima, a a da bi 1980-ih ponovno stekla ugled kao karakterna glumica.
