Nukleozid-difosfat kinaza (EC 2.7.4.6, nukleozid 5'-difosfatna kinaza, nukleozid difosfat (UDP) kinaza, nukleozidna difosfokinaza, nukleotid fosfatna kinaza, UDP kinaza, uridin difosfatna kinaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:nukleozid-difosfat fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

ATP + nukleozid difosfat {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } ADP + nukleozid trifosfat

Mnogi nukleozid difosfati mogu da deluju kao akceptori.
