Osama (film)

Osama (Farsça: اسامه) yönetmenliğini Siddiq Barmak'ın yaptığı 2003 yapımı Afganistan'da çekilen drama filmi. Film Afganistan'da Taliban rejimi altında yaşayan ve ailesine destek olmak için erkek kılığına giren Osama isimli bir kız çocuğunun hayatını konu alır. Film 1996 yılında Taliban rejiminin tüm filmleri yasaklamasından sonra tamamı Afganistan'da çekilen ilk çalışmadır. Uluslararası bir iş birliği ile çekilen filme Afganistan, Hollanda, Japonya, İrlanda ve İran sinemasından şirketler destek vermişlerdir.

Filmin isminin Osama olması ve konusunun Afganistan'da geçmesine rağmen Usame bin Ladin ile hiçbir ilişkisi yoktur. Film Yabancı Dilde En İyi Film Altın Küre Ödülü ve birçok uluslararası ödül kazanmıştır.[1]
