巨蟹座VZ（英文：VZ Cancri）是一个位于巨蟹座的变星。其亮度变化周期为0.178364天，视星等从7.18降至7.91，[3]这低于肉眼可见的典型阈值。根据视差测量，这颗恒星距离我们大约724光年，且其径向速度为每秒25公里，正在远离太阳。[6]
这颗恒星于1950年由B. S. Whitney发现其亮度变化，并将其归类为簇型造父变星，[10]或称RR Lyrae型变星。[11]
