La Premier League 2020–21 és la 29a edició de la Premier League, la màxima competició del futbol professional anglès. La temporada va començar el 12 de setembre de 2020 i acabara el 23 de maig de 2021.[2] La competició es va endarrerir a causa de la pandèmia de COVID-19. Aquesta temporada va ser la segona temporada de futbol anglès que va utilitzar VAR.[3]

El Liverpool va ser el vigent campió, el seu primer títol de la Premier League i el seu 19è títol en el futbol anglès.

Leeds United, West Bromwich Albion i Fulham van ser els clubs ascendits de la Championship, que van reemplaçar Bournemouth, Watford i Norwich City, descendits.
